Finally I have managed to complete the RAID Shadow Legends Faction Crypt and got myself Lydia Deathsiren. It wasn’t easy to complete the last several factions. It took some understanding to build a faction team for each Shadow Legend faction. And of course a bit of luck to summon some good champions to take on each level.

War Robots Pilots, Death Squads, and new stuffs
War Robots Recent May 2018 update, Free-For-All mode & etc
I think with the new update, I would have hoped for some improvement on the game balance. There are still lopsidedness in the mix of team players ability and strengths. There were situation where the opposing red team has way too many superior players and made quick work out of the under strength blue team. It didn’t take long before the game was considered a lost cause. However due to the penalty of quitting the game early, I just have to face the bitter pill of being obliterated and hope that I have caused a high enough damage points to be at least in the top two spot of the losing team to avoid getting negative rating.
War Robots - Supply Line Drop, Battle League Rewards and Component Collection
The new robots and weapons were much more powerful. And if too many of these were in the team line up, the gameplay could really suffer and made it less enjoyable. So I do hope the gamemakers would balance the gameplay out. For example I found the Shocktrain weapon to be too powerful and a range that gives it too good a coverage. A shot from it reduced my robot durability by as much 30% and even if it bounced onto my robot, the reduction was much too devastating. If a weapon should be able to hit multiple targets should have far less damage logically speaking. The damage should be shared amongst the several robots that it hits. Despite Pixonics reducing the damage inflicted, it was still unfair to the players in the receiving end of the stick. Pixonic should take note of this.
War Robots Event Task List 2017
Anyway, the War Robots Event is a good chance to obtain items and robots quickly without having to go through the long tedious wait for amassing gold and workshop points. However don’t think this would be an easy task. The War Robot event task list shows the difficulty to obtain some of these coveted robots and weaponry. Having played my first event games during their Halloween event, I didn’t had a clue on what were the next item on their task list and the task required out of each step.
War Robots by Pixonic
So after about nearly a month of whacking other people’s robots in a multiplayer environment, I would say this game is actually quite tough and grueling. Playing a winning battle requires a good mix of strong robots and weapons and some good luck pairing with good players.
Pokemon Go new gyms strategy for the lone casual player
One of the core game play is of course battling out rival teams and holding a gym to collect your gold coins rewards. With the coins collected you could exchange it for upgrading your backpack storage, Pokedex storage as well as other goodies including having a change of wardrobe for your trainer!

Celcom XPAX Prepaid SIM card must be upgraded to get 3G
I found it odd that the Celcom shop was selling 2G XPAX prepaid card when everyone else, Maxis, DiGi, etc were selling 3G enabled prepaid SIM cards. It seems like Celcom stock is slower moving compared with the other telcos. In order to have 3G/HSPA+ internet data connection, I need to change and upgrade my SIM card to a 3G version. And the shop that sold it to me didn't even informed me about it! And when I called up Celcom support sometime back, they were just as befuddle and didn't understand what was my problem. Why is it Celcom support so poor? Anyway,...
Celcom Xpax Data Connection is so poor!
Celcom was a pioneer for mobile phone technology and I heard they have one of the best coverage. Before I switched to Maxis some 20 years ago, I was using Celcom analogue mobile system. Nope, not the Motorola "brick" phone thankfully! It was the Microtac or something named like this from Motorola. Then came Maxis with their GSM system, and my friend persuaded me to change to Maxis and I have been with Maxis ever since.
I have never considered any other mobile telephone operator until now when I could not get any decent mobile signal strength from Maxis after moving to a new house. I recalled the previous owner was using Celcom line so I thought perhaps that telco should be getting good signal.
Android Phone is the most popular OS for Smartphones
Which #Android Phone Brand You Like?
I may not have tried them all, but having owned a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro, briefly with HTC Wildfire and now using HTC Cha Cha, played with my sis-in-law's Samsung Android mobile phone.
I find I liked HTC. The interface and layout is much better thought out. The battery is a little more lasting but still gets drained during heavy usage. And there is a lot more widgets available for the android desktop and the contacts has better integration not just with Google, but also with Facebook and Twitter. Perhaps in future it might integrate with LinkedIn now that they have IPOed.
Anyway I'm enjoying my new HTC Cha Cha so going to tango with it while I figure out what to do with my Sony Ericsson X10 mini pro.

Maxis Multi-SIM 1 Line
Meanwhile, I'm using the main SIM on my old Palm Centro nicknamed 'the Whiteberry'! Haha! The SIM card has no issue with this mobile phone.
It's been a long while since I typed on the teenie weenie keyboard so it is a little slow to tap out this blog!
iPhone IOS 4 update is a pain
Changing to HTC Desire Z - thinking
Yes, success! Updated sony xperia x10 to android 2.1
This time round managed to update my Sony Xperia X10 Mini Pro from Android version 1.6 to 2.1. It was slow, took about less than an hour but it was done. Customizing and making work as before is going to take longer as i have to set up my gmail account, office account, facebook, twitter, etc plus downloading the apps from Google market again. Not to mention my Angry Birds game. Now i've to start from level 1 all over over again! Bummer! At least the Sony Xperia X10 mini pro is finally updated!
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro Review
Almost updated my sony xperia x10 mini pro
Attempted again to see if i could update my sony xperia x10 mini pro. Saw some progress at the update progress bar so i know it is working.
Didn't have time as i wanted to go home and the updating looked real slow. So decided to kill the update and try it again later.
At least i could see the progress bar today. The previous day was terrible with nothing happened at all. So hopefully after dinner i will give it another try.
I think it will need a good and smooth internet connection to update well. And today's streamyx internet connection seemed much better.
Once the sony xperia x10 is updated i'm going to lose those google app for android 1.6. Those were nice to use but the authors did not make any updated versions for the latest android 2.x O/S. But from what i learned there were some new functionality such as facebook contact sync with the main contacts and various other updates.
Will see once i've updated.

Back to Maxis again
Went back to Maxis again, this time with the necessay forms signed by MD. Hopefully will be able to smoothly apply for iPhone 4 for boss. Corporate account application is rather more complicted than personal application in that you will need letter of authorisation, copy of boss ID, Maxis forms signed by MD, etc. I suppose it is to prevent any hanky-panky but does make for a tedious application.
If for individual it is straight forward, but unlike for corporate, for an individual to get the iPhone is on a first come first serve basis, so it will very much depend on your luck whether there are any iPhone 4 stock available when you attempt to apply for it on that day. No resevation is allowed unfortunately.
For corporate, just submit the relevent forms, and wait for the stock to be ready and you would be able to get it, though not on the day you apply, but you wouild get it within a fortnight I was told.
So now here I am waiting for my turn, muzzling a cup of hot San Francisco cappucino which is getting cold as I waited for my number to show up on the display for my turn on the customer service desk to do my thing.
This is going to be a long wait. That's the way it is in Malaysia even for a private telco. Always waiting, waiting and waiting to get things done because of the long queue.
